Due to being away and having to train at a globo gym i made up my own workout.
3-3-3-3-3 heaviest set 110kg
Then
6 x 2 kd bottoms up kb press

Then done emom for 12 mins
3 burpees and a 30m sprint.

Should be home tomorrow and back to my fym if my flighy is not cancelled again.
