In teams of two, alternating each movement, complete ten rounds for time of:
10 Goblet Squats
10 Burpee Box Step-Overs (20″/18″)
400 Meter Run
(Partner A performs 10 goblet squats; Partner B performs 10 burpee box step-overs; Partner A runs 400 meters; Partner B performs 10 goblet squats; etc….)
Solo workout so did 5 rounds, minimal rest between exercises (4-5 breaths), and rested 1:00-2:00 minutes between sets. 4:46, 4:10, 4:26, 4:02, 4:06. That’s a great workout!
