Had to make some substitutions since I wasnt driving 30 miles to base to workout

6min amrap
10 ball slams instead of pullups
15 push press
20 kb swings
Odette 2+35 Joan 3+17

Rest 4 minutes

6 min amrap
Run 800 meter
Max burpees over box instead of rower (wished I had rower on this one)

Odette 1 burpee. Joan 22 burpees

Rest 4 min
6 minute amrap
Run 800m
20 Floor wipers instead of ttb
Max pushups

Odette 0 pushups. Joan 56 pushups

After wod Odette did 50 pushups cause she felt bad lol

B. 9 burpees
C. didn’t get to the push ups. Got 13 TTB. Run was super slow for me. Bummed I didn’t get through, but very excited I still am still able to do TTB at this point!

C. replaced the last part by a qualifier workout for a national online competition here in germany:

5 minutes AMRAP hang power cleans with 10 double unders/30 singles as penalty for dropping the bar
