“Invictus Baseline Interval Test”
Every 5 minutes, for 30 minutes (6 sets) for times:
10 Strict Pull-Ups
15 Toes to Bar
20 Push-Ups
25 Wall Ball Shots (20/14 lbs to 10′)

Please note times for each set. You will keep these times for future comparisons, with your goal to be improved consistency across the six sets, and lower total times – the sum of your six sets times.

Compare your results to January 7, 2019.

Didn’t rest yesterday (did March 29 deadlift workout). Definitely not a good idea 🙂 grip and back erectors didn’t like this WOD.

Toes to bar were pretty difficult.

Invictus “Baseline Test”

This is a killer as always. Mental note to myself: don’t do heavy deadlifts on Sunday before the the beginning of July. My grip, lats, and core was taxed from all of that before I started. Let’s be honest though this is brutal on the best of days.

Today: 2:37, 3:37, 3:47, 3:30, 3:40, 3:36
Jan 7: 2:22, 3:07, 3:22, 3:41, 3:34, 4:20

Overall, I was 15 seconds slower, but my slowest time dramatically improved from January. Great work friends!
