Strongman Program Signup Form
The Invictus Strongman Program is designed to be an accessory program for athletes looking to fix and hone in on structural imbalances. The program will focus on corrective exercises, stability work and building structural balance to maximize each athletes training potential.
The sessions can be added as a supplement to your current training program two days per week. The program gives the athlete flexibility by allowing them to decide what two days the Strongman sessions will be added in so as to best suit each athlete and their time constraints.
