COMPREHENSIVE PROGRAMS

Invictus Athlete  

This program will be your full weekly training program. This Cycle will focus on preparing athletes for the movements and time domains commonly tested in the CrossFit Open. Our goal is to prepare you to maximize your potential no matter what comes up in the Open. We also include Strategy Notes for the Open workouts once they are announced. Let us help you perform your best in this year’s CrossFit Open. 

Invictus Athlete +  

This program will allow you to work directly with one of our Invictus Athlete coaches to personalize the Invictus Athlete Program. This Cycle will focus on preparing athletes for the movements and time domains commonly tested in the CrossFit Open. We have a limited number of spots open for the 2018 Season. If you are interested, apply now!  

Invictus Masters  

This Cycle will help Masters athletes tackle the CrossFit Open by preparing you for the movements and time domains commonly tested in the Open. While the training principles will be similar for the various Masters age divisions, each training day is structured to have proper modifications, weights and rep schemes for each age division. If you’re looking to be the best athlete you can be in the 2018 CrossFit Open then let us help you progress and thrive!

Invictus Weightlifting 5-Day 

This full Olympic Weightlifting training program is currently building for The Arnold Weightlifting Meet taking place the weekend of March 3rd. The program is designed to build your Olympic lifts and peek for the beginning of March, weather you are competing in the Arnold or a local meet around the same time.

SUPPLEMENTAL PROGRAMS

Invictus Weightlifting 3-Day 

Spend some time building your Olympic Lifts in the 8 week Open Prep Cycle geared towards building your lifts, and allowing you to continue to train or condition to be prepared for the CrossFit Open.

8-Week Strength Program  

Spend the first 8 weeks of the year building your base strength geared towards CrossFitters. This 8-week cycle will focus on the squat, deadlift and bench press, while incorporating speed via the Olympic lifts and end just in time to put that strength to the test in the CrossFit Open. 

Invictus Gymnastics 

If you know that gymnastics is an area you need to improve before the CrossFit Open, get signed up for our supplemental gymnastics training program. Work with our Gymnastics specialist to spend 20-minutes 3x/week working on improving your gymnastics form and volume before this year’s Open begins.

Invictus Endurance 

If aerobic capacity holds you back in your training, now is the time to spend 8 weeks improving your engine. Our Endurance program will focus the 8 weeks leading up to the CrossFit Open working on your 2-mile time with 3 training sessions a week to work on your VO2 Max, Lactate Threshold and also a hill session. Build your engine, while improving your speed and endurance.
