Invictus Athlete is a comprehensive training program designed for athletes looking to compete in the sport of fitness. We incorporate all facets of strength, skill and energy system development needed to compete, with an understanding of structural balance and periodization to keep athletes healthy and progressing year after year. Programming includes multiple training options each day allowing individuals to prioritize their sessions based on their strengths and weaknesses. You will also have access to the Invictus Athlete Facebook group, where our coaches will answer questions about the programming and provide feedback when needed.
Invictus Athlete +
This program will allow you to work directly with one of our Invictus Athlete coaches to personalize the Invictus Athlete Program. If you want to stay on the Invictus Athlete program with your friends, but want the ability to touch base with a coach for video review and feedback on your training, this is the right program for you. Our Masters program is designed to accommodate the goals of Master athletes looking to maximize their potential. Improving mobility, building foundational strength and improving aerobic capacity are the primary goals of this program. There is particular focus placed on improving overhead stability, developing posterior chain endurance, and improving athletes' positioning and speed in the Olympic lifts. We ensure the volume is appropriate to maximize recovery for the Masters athlete. Each training day is structured to have proper modifications, weights and rep schemes for each Masters age division. Invictus Weightlifting 5-Day
The Invictus Weightlifting Program is geared towards all levels of athletes looking to improve their Olympic weightlifting. The program consists of technique drills and accessory work, as well as well thought out progressions to help athletes improve their lifts. These sessions can be added as a supplement to your current training program, or used as a stand-alone program. You will also have access to the Invictus Weightlifting Facebook group, where our coaches will answer questions about the programming and review video of your lifts when needed.
Invictus Weightlifting 3-Day
The Invictus Weightlifting Program is geared towards all levels of athletes looking to improve their Olympic weightlifting. This 3 days/week program is designed as a supplement to your current training program. You will have access to the Invictus Weightlifting Facebook group, where our coaches will answer questions about the programming and review video of your lifts when needed.
8-Week Strength Program
This closed group 8-week strength cycle will focus on building the strength needed in CrossFit. You will work on your squat, bench press, deadlift and overhead press, while training your Olympic lifts as well. The program is 5-days a week for 8 weeks, and includes video review and feedback weekly. The program is currently sold out. The Invictus Gymnastics Program is geared towards all levels of athletes. The program consists of drills to help athletes improve in skills often seen in CrossFit, like handstand walks, muscle-ups (bar and ring), handstand push-ups, pistols and more. The sessions are broken into levels (Level I, Level II and Level III) so you can choose which level best suits you. The sessions can be added as a supplement to your current training program three days per week or as a stand-alone program.
If aerobic capacity holds you back in your training, now is the time to improve your engine. The Invictus Endurance Program offers three weekly running sessions designed specifically to help you become a better runner (faster and more efficient). The program will give proper warm ups and running mechanic drills to get you prepped for your training. There are three sessions each week; VO2 max, lactate threshold and aerobic capacity. You will see beginner, intermediate and advanced options in the program, so no matter what your current level is, you will be tested, and see great gains from adding this to your weekly training. Build your engine, while improving your speed and endurance.
