Invictus Athlete Program
Invictus Athlete is a comprehensive training program designed for dedicated athletes looking to compete in the sport of fitness. We incorporate all facets of strength, skill and energy system development needed to compete, with an understanding of structural balance and periodization to keep athletes healthy and progressing year after year.
Being an Invictus Athlete gives you access to our World-Class coaches, who work to provide feedback and options to tailor the programming to your individual needs. Programming often includes multiple training sessions per day for anywhere from 5-7 days of the week.
We are currently running two tracks for our athletes; Off-Season for those who did not qualify for Regionals, and Regional Prep Programming for those who did qualify. No matter when you join, we will get you on the right track.

Invictus Weightlifting ProgramThe Invictus Weightlifting Program is geared towards all levels of athletes who are looking to improve their Olympic weightlifting. The program consists of technique drills and accessory work, as well as well thought out progressions to help athletes improve their lifts. The program will help athletes improve their weightlifting technique and become more efficient, which will allow them to break new personal records in their lifts. The sessions can be added as a supplement to your current training program three days per week, or used as a stand-alone program. You will also have access to the Invictus Weightlifting Facebook group, where our coaches will answer questions about the programming and review video of your lifts when needed.
Invictus Gymnastics Program
The Invictus Gymnastics Program is geared towards all level of athletes. The program consists of drills to help athletes improve in skills often seen in CrossFit, like handstand walks, muscle-ups (bar and ring), handstand push-ups, pistols and more. The program will help athletes not only improve their current gymnastics skills but will also help them become more efficient in their skills to avoid injury. And don’t worry, the sessions are broken into levels (Level I, Level II and Level III) so you can choose which level best suits you. The sessions can be added as a supplement to your current training program three days per week or as a stand-alone program.
Invictus Endurance Program
The Invictus Endurance Program offers three weekly running sessions designed specifically to help you become a better runner (faster and more efficient).
July 3rd kicks off the next 12-week cycle, focusing on training for a ½ marathon – with the goal to build your aerobic capacity – your “engine.” The program will give proper warm ups and running mechanic drills to get you prepped for your training. There are three sessions each week; VO2 max, lactate threshold and aerobic capacity.
You will see beginner, intermediate and advanced options in the program, so no matter what your current level is, you will be tested, and see great gains from adding this to your weekly training.
Invictus Strongman Program
The Invictus Strongman Program is designed to be an accessory program for athletes looking to fix and hone in on structural imbalances. The program will focus on corrective exercises, stability work and building structural balance to maximize each athletes training potential. The sessions can be added as a supplement to your current training program two days per week. The program gives the athlete flexibility by allowing them to decide what two days the Strongman sessions will be added in so as to best suit each athlete and their time constraints.
