The California Regional is fast approaching. In five days, our six individual athletes and three teams will head up to the Del Mar Fairgrounds to see how they stack up against the rest of the Region, in hopes to head to the CrossFit’s own Super Bowl/Stanley Cup/World Series, the Reebok CrossFit Games.
If you are a coach or a competitor, you know the amount of work these athletes put in throughout the year to get to the level of even qualifying for Regionals. Understanding the commitment and sacrifices these athletes have made, makes rooting them on that much easier.
If you are planning on going to the California Regional, but haven’t bought your ticket yet, make sure you do that today!

You will also be able to watch Invictus Masters Athlete, Cheryl Brost, compete as an individual in the California Regional. Cheryl has already qualified for the Games as a Masters in the 45-49 age bracket, and is now going to test her fitness against other women who are (literally) half her age. There is no doubt she will be a crowd favorite!
Our three teams competing are Team Invictus, Invictus Unconquerable, and Sea of Green.
