There three opportunities during the week to join our Strength Development Clinic. The next four-week cycle starts November 2nd and 3rd. Sessions are either Monday & Wednesday from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. or Tuesday & Thursday from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Point Loma or Tuesday & Thursday at 12:00 p.m.

The Invictus Online Community and The 2015 CrossFit Open

We are only a few days away from the announcement of the first workout of the 2015 CrossFit Open! CrossFit Weightlifting Advanced Trainer Course at CrossFit Invictus – December 6-7th, 2014


Seminar Description

This course is designed for a coach who has completed both the CrossFit Level 1 Certificate Course and the CrossFit Weightlifting Trainer Course. When coaching, there is no rigid protocol for assessing movement and correcting faults. However, this two-day course teaches advanced methods for assessing and correcting technique in the snatch, clean and jerk. All methods presented assist a coach in finding the optimal way to instruct and motivate individual athletes to perform the lifts safely,

CrossFit Endurance Trainer Course – San Diego, CA – June 28-29, 2014 

The Endurance course is a powerful weekend of getting faster, stronger and increasing overall fitness/performance.  Led by one of our head coaches for CrossFit Endurance, you will get both in depth education as well as a unique opportunity to be (run) evaluated throughout the weekend.
