Thanks for the great advice, Heidi! I was at the athlete training seminar in January and have utilized many of your suggestions about breathing, visualization and calmness. I’m hoping they carry me through the next 5 weeks!

Thank you for posting this! Such simple reminders yet super important this time of year. I find my mental state very connected to my performance. I really like the hourly reminder to move, hydrate, breath and relax throughout the workday. I’m setting a reminder on my phone right now.

As a remote (Vancouver) follower of the comp wods that trains outside of a traditional box I really appreciate all you guys do putting out quality blog posts day after day.

Love this series with Heidi. Even though I am not a competitor these are wonderful lessons.
