Try These 3 Tests to Measure Your Posterior Chain Gains

Ever wonder how you can test the function, strength and endurance of your posterior chain? With all the work we do on our booties, it’s great to know if we are making gains.

Use any or all of these tests to determine your posterior capabilities and also as supplemental work to build your booty. Do a pre-test then repeat these movements a few times a week for a month or two and then do a post-test to see how you have improved. Remember that a strong posterior not only helps us with explosive hip movements, but it also supports our structure so that we can live a pain-free life.
