Short Intervals – “Short Tosh” 3 x (100m + 200m + 400m)

Long Intervals – 3 x (200m + 400m + 600m)

For both of these intervals set you will need a watch – you will rest the amount of time it takes you to complete the distance

Tempo – 2 x 2M both @ 85% of 2M TT pace, rest 7:00 between
