What can I say – another great night at the track.  I had a sense that most people did not look forward to running 1 mile repeats, yet most people still showed up and laid it out on the line.   Super proud of everyone that came and ran hard – the workout was 1 mile repeats with 3 minutes of rest – the goal was to keep the intervals within 5-10s, let’s see if people were able to do it….

Travis Scarpace – great job on the 100M sprints x 8 with 2 minutes of rest (he’s never ran 3 miles in his life)

Nairobi – a mixture of the mile intervals and 100M sprints – was toughing it out with some plantar fascitis issues

Mine Okano – 7:33, 7:37, 7:09

ken Saragosa – 6:11, 6:08 – had to leave early, but we were happy to have him for the 2 intervals 🙂

Alexis Mowat – 7:33, 7:37, 7:09 – super consistent running with Mine
