Herbs. They’re important. Not only do taste freaking delicious and help to elevate our food to a higher level, they contain important micronutrients that help facilitate recovery. Another underrated benefit of using fresh herbs on your food – it makes it look beautiful. Next time you go out to eat, just note the use of garnish on top of your dish. Just a few sprigs of parsley on your dishes at home can elevate a messily-plated pasta to an Instagram post you’ll be proud to share. Add in some finely chiffonaded basil and let the complimentary DMs roll in.
