Talk about a booty shaper! Skydivers are awesome for turning on those lazy glutes and working the hamstrings.
Start by stepping through a Slingshot band and laying face down on the floor. Feet will be about hip width apart.
First, you must activate the glutes. Squeeze your butt until your legs are lifted off of the floor and hips are driving down into the floor. Next, bend your knees, bring your heels to your butt, and then extend the knees back to the starting position. Perform 10-12 reps or until you feel like your back side is getting nice and toasty warm.
For an added challenge, simply slow down each repetition. Rest and repeat for 2-3 sets. This movement doesn’t take much equipment and it gives you a great butt workout.
