Online Coaching and Program Design

Every athlete has different strengths and weaknesses, and requires a different approach to maximizing his or her athletic potential. We’ve been assessing, writing personalized programs and coaching athletes remotely since 2008. In that time we have helped more than 40 individual athletes and a dozen teams reach the CrossFit Games. Invictus Athlete is a comprehensive online training program designed for dedicated athletes looking to compete in the sport of fitness. It incorporates all facets of strength, skill and energy system development needed to compete, and is written with an understanding of structural balance and periodization to keep athletes healthy and progressing year after year. Multiple training sessions per day are scheduled for 5/7 days of the week, and the program includes options for athletes to customize their training program to best suit their individual needs.
