1:00 – 3:00 p.m. – Helen S. will inspire everyone in the first heats of Masters Division workouts. This even will be held at CrossFit Ethos.
4:00 – 6:00 p.m. - Helen will be crushing the second workout and will be well on her way to earning a spot at the CrossFit Games.

6:30 a.m. – Invictus will be looking for a few volunteers to help us set up our tents and chairs at the event site at Crawford Field, UC Irvine.
7:00 a.m. – Spectator/Guest check-in.
7:30 a.m. – Welcome brief and National Anthem
8:00 a.m. – First workout heats begin for Helen (this will be her final workout), Shane and Lacie and Team Invictus (Michele, Sage, Nichole, Justin, Josh and Nuno).
***We will not know exactly when our team, Lacie, Shane or Helen will be competing. It could be at 8:00 a.m., or it could be as late as 10:00 a.m. We will know the exact times on Friday night after our athletes are registered.
1:30 p.m. – Second workout heats begin for Team Invictus, Shane and Lacie. (Again, we won’t know exactly when they’ll compete until Friday.)
6:00 p.m. – All teams and individuals will be finished.
6:30 p.m. – Team Invictus Dinner at Residence Inn John Wayne for all athletes and supporters. (If you haven’t already let us know that you’ll be attending, please do so at your earliest convenience.)

8:00 a.m. - Team workouts begin – a large sea of green will be forming to support Team Invictus!
11:00 a.m. – Individual workout heats begin – Shane and Lacie will be mobbed by adoring fans.
4:30 p.m. – Awards and closing ceremony
This is going to be an amazing weekend for all involved. If you haven’t committed to going yet, it’s not too late! We would love to have you. Saturday, my little monkeys: ENTERTAIN ME! I can’t wait to see all of you kick some booty. I really appreciate all the hard work and training that you’ve put into this event.
And the Filthy Fifty-ish was suck-ish.
I’m not going to lie…this was the scariest WOD I’ve experienced thus far but thanks to the support and encouragment of CJ and the 6am crew – it didn’t own me. Burpees, oh Burpees – you almost did!
Can’t wait to cheer on our Invictus super humans!! You inspire all of us to be the best we can be.
And if I haven’t already…I want to thank our coaches – you rock!!
The Vegas girls are sending our good thoughts out to our fav SD Crossfit Gym. Yup we are still stalking the blog. This is just good stuff!! GO INVICTUS!!
