Workout of the Day
In teams of four, complete as many reps as possible of the following circuit in 30 minutes:
400 Meter Run
Box Jump Overs
Burpee Pull-Ups
Wall Climbs
Each team member will start on a different station and may not rotate to the next station until their running teammate returns.
Completed solo and took a slightly different approach. Decided to do 5 rounds for time and game planned to do 30 box jump overs, 20 burpee pull-ups and 10 wall climbs. During the first round I tried to stay at each station for a total of 1:30 (the length of time of the first run) and because of that I dropped the burpee pull-ups to 15 reps and the wall climbs to 8 sooooo
5 Rounds for time of:
400 Meter Run
30 Box Jump Overs
15 Burpee Pull-ups
8 Wall Climbs
36:54
Solo so I did what Amber did and went it I 32 minutes so I took two minutes to each movement.
I cut the run to 200
16, 20, 19, 15 box jump overs
9, 9, 9, 9 burpee pull ups
5, 5, 4, 5 wall climbs

Solo 🙁 did as an every 2 min on the min for 4 rounds.

I’m there with you, did every 2 min as well but only went to30 min. You did an awesome job!
