Completed 4 rounds in the first 4 sets. Then got an alarm for hiker rescue so supplemented a 2 mile hike for set 5. Sometimes the Fire department has they’re own idea for a MetCon haha.

Made the mistake of agreeing to do this after the comp programming in place of the conditioning. I’m okay with my score of 3rds +2 pukes + 33 squats but boy was it ugly.

1. 20-30
2. 40-50-2
3. 18-23
4. 7-40-35
5. 15-20-3

Weak pullups and sit-ups. Weighing 254lbs.

First day following the program, I know my weaknesses just finding mental strength to beat them. Need to lose 50lbs of weight.

Rx: 105 reps, 106 reps, 113 reps, 105 reps, 102 reps = 3 rounds + 21 squats

(Sit-ups continue to be an achilles heal)

3 rounds + 10 pullups
Did butterfly kips, hrpu, abmat situp, and air squats.
The pullups and pushups really slowed me down!
