HSPUs are kicking my butt lately, especially after muscle-ups and jerks. KBS were not too bad, but then I got a LOT more rest between them. 12/10/8, 10/8/6/6, 20/10

my times are not so good like others but right now i feel good with myself and i see that i get stronger because i can do the muscle ups and the clean and jerks
