    B) 3:18 did 5 unbroken then singles.

    C) 8:12 this sucked!

    Great workout enjoyed the suck at the end!

    B: 3:15, used 50lbs DB, wrist still can’t handle jerks.

    C: 9:44, HSPU were fine but those KB swings sucked bad!

    HSPUs are kicking my butt lately, especially after muscle-ups and jerks. KBS were not too bad, but then I got a LOT more rest between them. 12/10/8, 10/8/6/6, 20/10

    my times are not so good like others but right now i feel good with myself and i see that i get stronger because i can do the muscle ups and the clean and jerks :)

    A) 6:00 mins (1000 meter row /15 muscle ups)

    B) 5:01 mins (20 clean and jerks 155 lbs)

    C) 12:40 mins (15 HSPU and 32 kg kettlebell)

  8. I did this workout today (Sunday 06/05) because yesterday I had to train early in the morning (08h00 AM local time, Belgium) and the WOD BLOG Competition wasn’t updated yet ;) )

    A. 5″28′
    B. 6″33′ @ 75 kg
    C. 8″42′ @ 32 kg (the HPU’s killed me!)

    D. On my own:
    4x 100 kg BP
    400m run
    4x 100 kg BP

    A-Row-3:41 MU’s completed at 7:41

    B-All singles 6:10

    C-Slow on the HSPU shoulders were cooked 18:44. Ouch!
