I don’t think I could have done a 4th round…thanks for cutting it down to 3…the ball slams really worked me, especially after having done ab wheel rolls yesterday.
Get that Hom seminar going, as I really want to hit 8 wheels on the dead lift!
Happy 1 yr Anniversary Crossfit Invictus! I can’t believe it has already been a year since you opened. I remember the Elizebeth WOD with nothing but cement floors like it was just yesterday.
I sure wish that I could be there for the party! I am really looking forward and hitting the WOD’s really hard and taking some personal training when I get home.
