Four rounds for as many repetitions of ring dips and/or power snatches as possible in three minutes of:
200 Meter Farmer’s Walk (32/24 kg)
Max Reps of Ring Dips and/or Power Snatch (95/65 lbs)
Rest three minutes between rounds.
(Keep a running total of number of repetitions of either snatches or ring dips performed.)
