Boozebag (Courtney J.) and her Aunt demonstrate that all functional movement is scaleable. Boozebag, a more advanced athlete, handles two large bottles of wine while her aunt, a novice, works with glasses of wine.

I think the glasses are harder. The bottles have corks. Auntie has to hold the glasses level in order not to spill.
M, I was thinking the same thing. However Courtney will be working more in the strength area while auntie is working on her balance (and I know Courtney would balk at the idea of any spillage of the contents of the cups). Many facets to this functional fitness.
CJ, great site and even better workouts. I met you at Crossfit Sandiego awhile back before you opened your gym or quit your job. I am the Deputy DA from San Bernardino county. Carla Macdonald told me that you went out on your own.
The programming is great. I really like the heavy lifts mixed with the Wods. I have been following your site for the last couple of weeks since Carla gave me the heads up. Haven’t found a better site for programming yet, including the main site. A strength biased system, if I am not mistaken. I will stop in and throw some green your way when I am in town, and check out the gym.
If you or any of your clientel are in Joshua Tree, you are more than welcome to stop by and get a workout. We have a full garage gym.
All the best. Remain unconquered.
Delaney, out.
Delaney,
It’s great to hear from you. Thank you for the kind words. I hope you’ll come visit us in San Diego soon, and as soon as it cools down a bit, I might just take you up on that offer to get a workout in over in Joshua Tree. Take care!
