60 seconds of Wall Ball Shots
60 seconds of Box Jump-Overs
60 seconds of Burpees
Rest 60 seconds
Teams get one Wall Ball and one Box. Team members rotate through the three work stations at 60 second intervals and all members rest at the same time. Post total score.

Then played with the sled after listening to a few podcasts with Julien, backwards drags, pulls with the rope and pushes. This lit me up!
Did this on Saturday, but due to spotty wifi out in the woods, I’m posting today. Also, I read this wrong. My team of 3 tackled it below by each doing 60 seconds work followed by rest waiting for the other 2 to go and then moving to the next exercise and so on…so at 5 rounds with a team of three doing 3 exercises and each going 60 seconds, this wod took us a little more than 45 minutes to complete! Did a different WOD today, (Sunday) A. Hang squat snatch 7 x 3 35, 55, 55, 65, 75, 80, 85 Focused on power through the hips and hitting every time. B. 5 RFT: 5 power snatch @ 95 50 DU 95 is right on the edge of my max so I had to reset each rep and I was doing muscle snatch as I completely failed to make contact with my hips.
