All the rounds were under 4 minutes. There’s no way I was doing 50 225 deadlifts in a workout 6 months ago. Thanks Invictus for helping me progress!

That was a nasty grind. We finished in 36:21 total. I used 225# and she used 135# and did 10 wb @20# instead of 20 @14#.

A. Attacked this solo and followed longhorn’s lead to keep it simple with 4:00 rests. Used 225# for DL and 20#WB 3:38 – 3:30 – 3:31 – 3:35 – 3:30 Pretty happy that I was able to do everything UB. Ran on threadmill. B. 3 sets not for time SHSPU 4-4-3 Batwings 5 reps @1515 35# x 3 This is the most shspu I was ever able to perform. Didn’t have a partner so I rested 3 mins between sets because most partners that I’d have would go faster than me. lol
Used a 10# wb and 85#’s for deads so that I could keep moving and go unbroken. Runs were slower than I’d like but I was trying not to be too wiped before the other movements.
Still doing my box’s wod while getting back on the train. Today was a heavy PC day A) Power Clean OT2M x 12 min, in kgs: 3 x 80 3 x 85 2 x 87.5 2 x 90 1 x 92.5 1 x 95 (PR!!!!)
