Way to go Josh and CrossFit Invictus!!!

  7. Awesome weekend Invictus….I’m pretty sure the “Killer Kage” race was the most epic thing I’ve ever seen in my life. Good work Josh.

    • I’d have to agree. Josh’s performance in all of the WODs was amazing but the Killer Kage was just epic.

    • Saturday night’s wod was the highlight for me. I was cheering for Josh from the first event (He passed me on the stairs going down to the beach and gave me a smile as I yelled “Invictus!” ) (led second place Speal by 1:48 coming off 200 squats, who led 3rd place by 2 minutes!) and to see him catch and pass Matt Chan on the monkey bars Sat night was incredible!

The crowd rose to their feet, the air was electric, and everyone roared as Josh ran through the bars so quickly. He must have liked his chances when that was announced! I’m so glad I was there in person, it was one of the greatest sporting events I’ve ever attended as a spectator! Congratulations Josh, you gave an inspiring performance and I hope you can keep up the hard work so we can cheer for you next year!

  8. it was fun watching stuff online. every did great. i note that the team scores for the “team girls” final workout are not posted online. anyone know anything?

  9. What a weekend! In a way, it was cool that the team didn’t advance to the finals, there’s just as much to be learned from not winning as there is winning. Better luck next year, and what a community CrossFit is. Great job to Josh–don’t underestimate the power of the Spec Ops community. They have a gear that they can switch into that most people will never touch.

  10. To Josh, Shana, and the Invictus team: you all are amazing and watching you compete was nothing short of breathtaking. Congratulations!!!

To the Invictus family: thank you for being so friendly and inviting. I am proud to be a part of the Sea of Green!

  11. HUGE CONGRATS to JOSH!!!! It was amazing to watch you compete! Thank you to CJ and the SEA of Green for all the support. And a HUGE shout out my teammates for such an AMAZING experience . . . Especially the WOD today ;)
