  9. Hi,
I’m Michelle. I am the wifey of Sterling who follows the competive blog, a Mommyio of two amazing girls aged 8 and 9, aged 40, approx. 120 lbs. I started crossfit in 2008 and managed to follow it for about two years until I did that silly thing and let life get in the way. So now I’m trying to make a comeback into this amazing sport of crossfit. I have followed the fitness blog for the past month and decided today to jump to the performance blog.
