    8 Muscle Ups ~3mins. First time in almost a year? doing a Muscle Up. Wanted to be overly cautious here, but they felt pretty good. So i guess I’ll start doing them again.

    Had such a rough day on yesterday’s workout so I figured I better scale the volume today(and some intensity). No point in destroying myself just yet. So today turned out to be a nice experience.
