Take 10-12 minutes to work up to a heavy, but not 1-RM, Power Clean
B.
Every minute, on the minute, for 20 minutes, perform:
3 Power Cleans
5 Burpees
Score the total amount (in lbs) successfully cleaned during the workout. If you do not complete a set within the assigned 60 seconds, go ahead and finish the set and then sit out the remainder of the set that you overlapped.










A. Worked up to 205
B. 185 x 3 x 8, 155 x 3 x 1, 175 x 3 x 6, 165 x 3 x 5 = 10,530 lbs (or somewhere close to that)
8 reps a minute…can’t be too bad…ha! My goal was to stick with 185 as long as possible, but my form started to get ugly.
That is some good work Dan. Just doing 185 once was enough for me. x24 is bruiser.

B. 135 x 3 x 18 rounds = 7290; Shaved off 1-2 burpees here and there so that I finished each round ~35 seconds.
Should have been a rest day, but Nuno is leaving for a break so made myself give it a go. Taking tomorrow off instead.
Worked to 155…back wasn’t feeling too good today and my movement felt slow. Need to work on my finish and elbows.
Alternated every two rounds between 155# and 135# for the first 12 rounds and then finished the last eight rounds at 135#. Total was 8460#.
Worked to 275.
Did first 5 min at 225 then next 15 at 205.
No missed minutes. Psychologically difficult wod.
Good stuff! Crazy amount of weight moved in 20 min…

Seems like I’m missing all the good wods! Crossfit Breckenridge yesterday and we hiked/mountain biked in Moab today. Hopefully San Diego Friday/Saturday.
