150 Alternating Reverse Lunges with a Kettlebell in Goblet Hold (24/16 kg)

Completed it solo with 80lb PP & 50lb KB hold on lunges, strict pullups
I did it with half the reps since it was just me.
Wasn’t able to make it to the gym today so I did a easy pace 4 mile run with my fiancée then 5 RFT: 50 DUs, 40 Situps, 20 Pushups in 10:44

Good workout, runs felt better today – this helped the confidence after getting smoked in yesterday’s WOD
Did this in place of todays comp workout. I’ve just been off all week with work and next week won’t be much better. Got in a weightlifting session this morning worked up to a 160 snatch emom for 5 minutes. With some snatch balance / OHS accessory work.
Came back and did this RX with a woodwill treadmill 22:44 with a coworker. Lunges sucked.

15:41 RX. Happy I got under the 16 min cap. Thrusters 21, 10/5, 9. Rope climbs were slow and steady.
