Workout of the Day
Against a 3-minute running clock, complete a 500 meter row and as many wall ball shots as possible.

Rest three minutes and repeat for a total of five cycles.

Post number of wall ball shots completed each round.

  2. 28, 30, 25, 26, 25 wall balls. Couldn’t really get below 1:50 on the last two rounds

  5. Out of town for a wedding in Detroit. Went to CF Bloomfield.
    50 Burpees, 50 box jumps, 400m row, 30, 30, 400m row, 20, 20, 400m row for time finished @ 19:52

  7. Modification: Instead of wallballs, I did thrusters with 10kg dbs.

    My results: 18, 19, 18, 18, 16

    This was frickin’ hard.

  8. That was fun. Went unbroken on the wallballs which is good for a midget :) … Wallballs were downstairs on another floor so had a bit of a break between the row and them.
