A.
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 8 minutes of:
200 Meter Run
10 Pull-Ups
20 Push-Ups

Rest exactly 4 minutes, and then . . .

B.
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 8 minutes of:
15 Kettlebell Swings (32/24 kg)
10 Handstand Push-Ups
20 Double-Unders

Rest exactly 4 minutes, and then . . .

C.
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 8 minutes of:
250 Meter Row
10 Push Press (115/75 lbs)
10 GHD Sit-Ups

  1. Wasn’t posted when I woke up so I improvised and actually did something very similar that I had seen on Chelsea Ryans blog a few weeks ago. It was a series of three 10min amraps. This one looks a little more fun though, less rowing!

    He should have smoked me, he ran a 49.x 400m as a soph.(last year) Couldn’t kick his @$s cuz I was in front. dangit.

    Crisco, 3+1 hspu

    C.
    25 sdhp 50#
    Me, 3+ pp + 5 situps

    Workout went well. Just getting over a stomach bug. Hspu were tough after all those pushups. Need to do push press more often. Rhythm wasn’t down until 3rd round.

    C: 2 rds. +12 rows (subbed 15 ring rows instead of rowing)

    Felt like crap after the first round, stomach was threatening a case of the pukies.

  6. I had great intentions of doing this today. I got up early and no post. Not upset at all, I took it as a sign I needed a rest day. It’s my first day missed since the start of this cycle, but I needed it. Have a great holiday everyone.

  7. A: 3rnds + 200m, + 10 pullups, + 4 pushup

    B: 4 rounds

    C: 3 rnds, ran to rower for start of 4th round, started pulling monitor was just staring up then time expired

    Hot day in Vancouver. Definitely got my sweat on! Love this type of workout!

  8. A) think it was 5 maybe 6 not sure lost count

    B) 5+15kbs
    Broke kbs and hspu into 7/8 and 5/5

    C) 4+50m sto unbroken.

    Late post yesterday so hit it Sunday. Shoulder burner!!

  9. Worked out before this workout was posted. Programmed my own.

    A. Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes
    - 2 Power cleans w/85-90% of 1-RM (used 215 lbs.
    - 3 HSPUS

    B. 21-15-9 for time of:
    - OHS with 95 lbs.
    - C2B pull-ups
    - GHD sit-ups

    A. Complete up until minute 7. Then broke up HSPUs 2/1 on 7, only 2 reps on minute 8 and 1 each on minutes 9 and 10.

    B. 7:48
    C2Bs broken up a bit. But OHS and GHDs only broken 10/5 on the round of 15s.

  10. A. 3 rds + 200M run+ 1 PU

    B. 2 rds + 15 kbs + 1 HSPU (mod to 1abmat)

    C. 2 rds + row + 10 PP + 1 GHD
