  1. B) No partner. 5 rounds for time. 7:44 rx’d.

  2. I LOVE this! Can’t wait to do it at 12pm. It’s a combination of something that I love & I’m good at (OLY) with something I absolutely can’t do (Dips). Good times!

  3. A. Worked up to 125 lbs. We tried doing full snatches each time, but I was collapsing quite a bit. I wound up doing power snatches and then lowering into an overhead squat. That’s definitely going to be my limiting factor as I try to go for the heavier loads. I can do 155 with a power snatch, but there’s no way I can go that heavy yet with a full squat. My shoulders feel pretty toasty after the last two days.
    B. 9:44. Jim did dips and I did hand-release push ups.

  4. A. 95… all power snatches.

    B. 10:16 w/ Tara…. PCls Rx’d, we scaled RDs to 5 ea round. Discovered afterward that I had been basically doing pushups on rings…. couldn’t figure out why they got so easy all of a sudden. This will be fixed next time:)

  5. Did yesterdays. I may do part b tomorrow.

  6. A. 95, 135, 155, 185 (2 fails), 185 (1 fail)… Man, it’s good to workout again but debilitating!

    B. 8:35 with my friend Nigel. I went all unbroken but it helped to have lots of rest while Nigel broke it up.

    Thanks CJ!

  7. A. 135×3, 155×3, 185×2, 195×3, 205×2

    B. W/ partner 9.45
Partner slowed us down quite a bit

    C. Added for fun:
15, 10, 5 of: 135 shoulder to over head, pull ups, and glute ham sit ups
    3 45

  8. A. 115, 135, 145, 155, 160 fail
    B. 20:58 alone but using equal work/rest. Ring dips are hard.

  9. A. 78# on all sets, which were actually power snatches since I can’t really get under the bar. Pretty sad, but I can’t ever really practice snatches; our gym’s not set up for bailing from overhead, but besides that I don’t really know what I’m doing anyway. Hopefully I’ll learn proper technique and show some progress after attending a USAW cert and spending some time in the US this summer.

    B. Husband and I did this together in 13:04. Powercleans as Rx’d, but instead of ring dips, we did strict bar dips.

    Thanks for the WOD!

  10. A. 75-95-115-125(1)-95

    B. 15:04 (1:1 work/rest)
