60 seconds of Wall Ball Shots (20/12 lbs.)
60 seconds of Rest
60 seconds of Power Cleans (135/95 lbs.)
60 seconds of Rest
60 seconds of Box Jumps (24″/20″)
60 seconds of Rest
60 seconds of Burpees
60 seconds of Rest

    B. Fight Gone Bad: 242 reps
    It’s freezing here, but the city is beautiful

    Round 2: 24+8+29+22=83
    Round 3: 22+8+30+20=80

    Total = 249

  3. 264.. 3rd set of WBs was a Fail, but made up some ground with the BJ and Burpees. Felt tired today.

    Also did 3×10 glute ham sit ups. Ready for rest day tomorrow.

  5. Rx’d 267, felt pretty good except for some sore hamstrings.

  6. Didn’t have the 12lb med ball so I subbed it and did 45lb thrusters instead.
