    Jim, way to grind through those HSPUs! I wanted to try HSPUs the whole way through but it wasn’t happening, nice work.

    • Thanks James, I finally got them all at 16:24. Deadlifts were unbroken and relativiely easy compared to the HSPUs.

    B. 7:10 (3:1 wall climbs). I finished 3:20 faster than the last time we did the modified Diane (15, 12, 9, 6, 3). Now I just need to grind through the HSPUs like Jim.

  4. 10 days off from vacation and I was a bit anxious/nervous to train, but kept it moderate and safe.

    A. @ 185

    B. ~ 8:20 subbing ugly wall climbs at the 3-for-1 special rate. 225# dead lifts were not an issue, though I broke up the 15 set into 5′s.

  5. Did CF endurance long interval WOD this morning (5am).
    C2 Rower 3x1000m with 2min rest in between sets.

  7. A) 205 – didn’t feel great tonight on these so stopped here (very slow getting under the bar)

    B) 5:09 – push ups were lock position to an abmat on the deck

  8. A. 305 (Power clean). Ugly. Wide feet.

    B. 8.12 (reality check). Need to work on hspu.

    • I vote that you should be doing Competition workouts. 305 power clean is killer.

      • I’m considering the jump. Maybe in a month or so. Keep up the good work and join me.

  9. A. 125# no PR.. tried 135 once and failed, broke my arms too early and ended up with it out in front.

    B. 11:09 Rx’d. Pretty darn happy about doing this Rx’d.

    B. 17:53 I didn’t realize until I recorded the time on my board but I had done Diane before, in 25:40 about a year ago. The hspu are still slow but getting better.

    B. 4:55 – I did all the deadlifts unbroken and the HSPU’s in 2-3 sets each round, kipping.
