a. done, all muscle up sets were at 4-5 reps and felt pretty good. improving.
b. 100k,100,102,104,105,107 all for 4 solid reps. really good hip/leg drive on these, my hamstrings/glutes are almost cramping each rep hah.
c. done, didn’t keep track of reps sorry. Pushed hard though. This is the first time in a while heading into a rest day where I’m not completely destroyed. Recovery is getting better again finally. Was kind of in a slump.
