Workout of the Day
Teams of two must complete the following as quickly as possible, in any order and partitioning as they see fit:
2 Mile Run
100 Ball Slams
200 Push-Ups
300 Squats

(Both members may work at the same time.)

    Split the work in half and went solo. Also subbed burpees for ball slams.
    19 min even.
