Not a great time but still felt good about this – everything was UB and paced myself well. My PR is 9:40 but the last time I did Helen it was 14:00+ and I couldn’t feel my arms ;-D
A. Missed 225# at the buzzer.
B. Finished Helen 4:34 but I feel like I did something wrong when I look at the other times. Was it supposed to be more than 1 round?
Supposed to be 3 rounds. That’s an awesome Push Press by the way.

Just wanted to share since I’ve never had the pleasure to witnessed…but Odette and I walked into American Iron gym today, a hardcore old school gym, and saw an athlete deadlift 805 lbs while blood was coming out of his nose….now that was just ****king AWESOME!!!!!! The kid was only 21 years old

B. 7:56 rx. PR by 15s. Not sure how to do this any faster except to run faster.
I’ve seen 7:15-7:20 but it was on a track with the pull-up bar right there one end so there was no transition. It would be tough in a normal set-up. Nice work!
