  1. holy hell that was intense.

    50-40-30-50-40-30-30 = 270 reps in 20mins rx’d

    28:06 total to finish.

    • Wow beast

      • Really? thanks man! I didn’t think my time was that good compared to the games scores so far. 4th wod in a weekend where people were finishing it in 21mins or less? Much love and respect to all the regionals athletes for their performances on this one!

  2. This looks familiar.

  3. Congrats Team Invictus and Invictus athletes for your Regionals performances!!

    128 reps

The 135# shoulder-to-overheads consumed a majority of the time

  4. 198 Reps. The 135-lb shoulder-to-overhead is still heavy for me so that took a long time, and then I couldn’t get a grip on the pull ups. My hands turned into a chalky, pasty slime :) I believe I mentioned that this workout looked “fun” a few weeks ago. My legs now disagree, but I hope we get to do this again soon. Great job at Regionals, Invicti!

  5. Wow, that was serious business — but hecka fun. I now have even more respect for everyone who crushed this at Regionals! You folks are so inspiring.

  6. 136 as rx’d. Dido on the Shoulder to Overheads taking the majority of the time.

    Congrats to everyone who competed!

  7. 173 RX’d … was happy I did 30 STO at 95#… didn’t expect my squats to be as bad as they were… what was I thinking?! I agree with Dan, I hope we get to try this one again… just not for a while though:)

  8. I agree with Toby, this was serious business. I did 200 reps but it was modified. Used a band for the pull ups and 65# for the overhead and 45# for the front squats. Michele no repped me on my squats. Need to go deeper!

  9. 170 reps as Rx’d.

Been out of the gym for 3 weeks due to work obligations, etc. This WOD crushed me! Like everyone else, I spent the bulk of my time on the shoulders to overhead. I was just about to start the second round of pull ups as the time went off. Honestly, I’m glad it did! I’m gassed.

  10. 237 reps rx. I can’t walk!

  11. Rxd. Got through 5 ohs. So 245 I think. Ohs felt fine just ran out of time. Tough wod.

  12. 154 reps, rx, to everyone else, awesome job, some some in the 200′s on the board! nice! in any case that was rough…everything starting to hurt now though, hah

  13. 161 reps as rdx’d. No squat rack. My quads are done.
