Joan RX 440 reps / Odette with 35 lb bar for push press 276 reps, total team: 716 reps….. We paced ourselves on all rounds, Odette has come a long way and getting better and the mentality of attacking these type of WODs, but she still struggling with box jumps, I think the programming has gone away from them, She is gonna have to practice this more on her own…..keep these team Wods coming
RX all, 439 reps, really pushed it on this one and it hurt badly!

Enjoy the weekend and best of luck to everyone on 15.2 if you’re doing again!
I am just beginning to follow the Invictus Performance programming online and am wondering for today’s type of WOD, should the weight chosen for each movement be such that an individual can work unbroken for the full 60 seconds? Or is it understood the athlete will drop the weight during work sets? Really love the programming here and the online community!
I don’t have the answers but welcome to the team!
Usually when I have questions such as yours and I can’t get the answer before I workout, I just pick a weight that’s challenging. Which means I can make it unbroken in the first round and just hold on from there.
It is understood that you will drop the weight, whether you are a beginner or an elite athlete, your muscles will eventually fatigue under the continuous load, if you go unbroken after round 2 or 3, you went too light
Perfect input Joan & Justin, just the information I was looking for. Thank you!
