116 reps rx

I hate this workout. I did the same as last year, which is really frustrating, but I also was pretty destroyed at the end, which means I did what I could do. As with most people, my major sticking point was quickly losing steam on the C2B. I started out with sets of 3 and dropped the singles by the round of 12.

87 Reps Rx. Missed the last rep of C2B 5 times in a row. Going to redo it Monday.

80 reps, 4 better than last year. Happy with that since I’ve been real sick all week. Even healthy not sure if I would have made it through the round of 12. If I weighed 30 less pounds and I would for sure C2B’s were really slow.

Just did 15.2.
81 reps. I am really disappointed, last year i did 86 and tought this year I would pass the 12 round.
Went:
10-5/5-10-5/5.
7/5-6/3/3-6/6-1/1/1/1/1. Couldn’t get my chest to the bar on last set and got a lot of no reps. Felt better on my conditioning that last year tho.
Just started working last month so that affected my trainings and diet, and I think that’s it.
Wish I could dedicate to crossfit, but that ain’t gonna pay my bills haha. I will still make my best to continue training as hard as I can

Same score as last year… But at least it wasn’t lower!!! I need to be happy about that since I have had a busy year and very inconsistent workouts!

A. 85 reps Rx
Common theme here…C2B technique held me back. Unbelievable how many 200 and 300+ scores are being posted on the leaderboard.
B. DL singles to 375

Scaled – 94 reps. This was a tough one but I was able to do all the chin over bar without a band which is an accomplishment in itself for me!!!

Mile run with 10/10 ab workout. 10/10 ab workout after each 400 meters

Absolutely. I’m still hanging back a bit. E.g., I can’t do pistols right now (from stiffness, I think). Still working mobilty religiously.

140rx.. 4 reps shy of making the 16s. Bit disappointed.

Forearms completely blew out.. First time that’s happened to me. Grip is never usually a problem but could only manage singles throughout the 14s

RX, 85 reps, just missed the round of 14s; unbroken on all OH squats but the C2Bs crushed me!

Aside from dropping some weight (BW 220), any advice on some extra pull-up/accessory work to add in to regular programming to improve that weakness?

What part of the C2B crushed you? Strength? Mobility? or Stamina?

Primarily stamina, my max UB set is about 11-12 but after that it drops to 2s and 3s

This was my first attempt at this workout, I was sick this week last year! Ended up with 77 Rx. Went unbroken on the OHS, but c2b killed me, especially after doing a ton Wednesday! Fun one, good luck to everyone else!

Hmm, not sure. This was a wonky week due to work travel. I think I’m going to do this week’s squat workout tomorrow and just skip 15.2.
