12:40 Rx. Humbling WOD. Generally have a decent motor, but just couldn’t find the gas pedal on this one. If I had to pick my 2 least favorite movements, would probably be row repeats and thrusters. Put them together and I’m in trouble. Much respect for all the great times throughout the comments.

Hey Coach Michele! We follow your performance agenda. I started on sep2014! Fortunately I can complete the open. 15.5 was really hard! 10:30 Rx’D. I can done all the wod’s Rx’D despite of some movements were unknown for myself (MU, HSPU). Thanks to the invictus schedule and plan i could face the open successfully. Many thanks!

10:55 Rx broke it up 12/8/7, 9/7/5, 8/7, 9 i think i went a little to fast on the thrusters requiring more rest when i dropped the bar but i got a great workout so i’m happy with it

15.5 – 10:28 Rx

I was SLOW on the row, and then broke up the thrusters at (12,9,6)+(12,9)+(9,6)+9

BOOM! Maybe slow on the row but you seemed to pick it up on the thrusters!

Managed a quick variation of yesterday’s wod:
5 rds of 12 c2b pull-ups and hspu negatives (thanks Michelle)
13:12-broke all of both into 3 sets of 4, shoulders smoked after those negatives!

8:59 Rx broke it up 11/9/7, 9/7/5, 5/5/5, 6/3 (arms died). Started following the Performance Blog a few weeks ago and love it! (Follow a week behind for scheduling purposes). Thanks for the programming!!

9:37 Rx. My favorite workout of the Open this year.

Had mandatory PT early in the day because of suicide prevention briefings and what not so I did pause squats with banded KBs to work on that sticking point. 5 reps with 5 sec pause at the bottom. 125/155/175/195. Then 10×205 with no pause just because. The banded KBs made this super spicy.

13:16. Happy with this since I missed last week with lower back injury and this week with travel for work. Don’t know splits for row, thrusters were broken up in a good sequence.

13:30 RX I feel like I blacked out somewhere in there so I really have no idea what my row or thruster splits were. Coming off a week vacation and I can’t breathe, but I’ll take it.

Felt good to be back.

One day behind. Scaled yesterday’s workout to:

Every 8 minutes, for 40
minutes (5 sets) of:
Spin bike 3:30
8 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups
8 Strict Handstand Push-Ups

4:28 + 4:19 + 4:20 + 4:18 + 4:16 = 21:42

Hey guys! What a brutal wod! Eash! 11:12. Broke the thrusters up to even sets (9-9-9, 7-7-7, etc.). Went unbroken on the row! haha Weird that the competition wod isn’t updated and without a warm-up like the last few weeks! Hope everything is ok! See you guys on the other side!
