WOD A: as rx’d.
WOD B: Subbed 3:00 row due to my rower’s ergometer being broken. Used 135lbs for push press. 12:15 (with 3 min row included)

When y’all do supine ring rows, are you putting your feet on a chair and achieving parallel to the floor at the top of the movement, or are you starting in supine and pulling up from there?

You want to be as horizontal as possible. Even better if you can elevate your feet above the shoulder level!
