A. 115#, 125#, 135#, 145#, 155# – should probably up weight
B. Did not see the 12 pull-ups per round so I did a 3/6/9 rep scheme! Stupid me! Scaled to a 115# bar:
4 rounds even

I know you’re right! I was just testing the waters getting back into lifting though. Last Wednesday when we did clean and jerks I blacked out and had felt off all the way up until Sunday so I took most of last week off. luckily I’m feeling better now! although I haven’t been able to get another muscle up since I got them the first day

A) 135, 185, 185, 195, 225 x3
B)finished 3 rounds + 1 hang snatch

My third round was easily my fastest, knew if I got back to the pull up bar I could knock them out, burpees slow me down tremendously

Thank you, I used to follow this blog for about 7 months or so last year, then got sent out of country, combined with following a strength program for a bit, now I’m back on it and trying to get my conditioning back

A. 95/115/135/135/135. Didn’t have a 1RM for OHS. 135 was a good weight for my max. Goin to keep working on form and technique to build that number.
B. 3+14. 95# hang snatch and OHS. BLACK band for pull ups. This was a tough one but I enjoyed it.

B. 2 rounds. Finished in 5 minutes and had to tap out. Gotta say I really don’t like when we have the same movement in the metcon as the strength.

I’m going to try to do a practice test every month. The actual test hasn’t been relayed to me yet (probably sometime in July). Unfortunately, the crazy weather patterns here in Chile lead me to get sick on Tuesday. I’m deliberating if after 2 days off already I should start moving again slowly this afternoon.

Lateral if you have space constraints and bar-facing if you want to practice for Games standards. 🙂

First time posting workout results here. Glad to see OHS come up as I very much need to work on technique & flexibility in the overhead position.

A) worked up to 85 x 3. Previous 1RM is 95.
B) 2 full rounds plus 27 reps. Broke the OHS into 3+3 & pull-ups were kipping. Needed 3 more pull-ups for 3 full rounds.
