35 rx – knew this was going to be an uphill battle with HSPUs. My capacity and consistency with them is very poor. Had about 10 reps not counted (my judge was great though) which compounded my suckitude.

48 Rx

I maybe should have pushed a bit faster on first couple of rounds, but the last HSPU was a fail so maybe I paced it right… I had not kipped a HSPU in a long time. I think working on strict helped me out when it came to this workout.

46 Rx.
No surprises, HSPU held me back. Hit a wall on the round of 12.

RX-58 reps, kipping on all HSPU, started breaking up at set of 9. All singles on 185, could string all three for first couple sets but thought it better to pace it out. I’ll do it again and we’ll see.

Also did part A from yesterday with L-sit Pullups, ring L-sit holds and wall walks after since I missed yesterday.

No free place close by to do this wod, might attack it on Monday if I drive to coast guard base
We did Barbara instead:

Joan 2:58/3:01/2:52/2:45/2:41

Odette 3:56/4:21/4:14/4:45/4:45

Glad I have a partner to work out with, she pushed on 3rd round so I did too, but then she ran out of gas for the last two rounds but I went full speed, so she helps me to push further even though we are at different fitness levels

Ew, Barbara!! That’s one of the most difficult workouts by far and it looks so unassuming. I’ve seen more people puke on Barbara than any other! You guys make it out ok?

Scaled – 106 reps. Unbroken in all push press reps. Cleans were all singles. This was by far my favorite open workout this year!!

Nice work Jon! That’s a good number, did you feel like you could have pushed harder on the cleans or the singles were the way to go?

Thanks! 185 is pretty heavy for me. I could have maybe done the first 3 TNG, but not sure what effect it would have had. I think I did about as good as possible for me right now.

65 Rx – had 1 clean left to finish the set of 15hspu/6 cleans and didn’t make it! I broke all of my hspu into sets of 3, and did singles with the 186. This has been my favorite WOD of the games so far! Good luck everyone!
