For the 2015 Open season, Invictus Athletes’ Camp coach Heidi Fearon will be creating a unique guided visualization for each week of the Open. Each visualization will be specifically tailored to the Open event and available for download by Friday morning. You’ll be able to purchase each visualization individually for only $5.99 each at Invictus Guided Visualizations.

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 14 minutes of:
7 muscle-ups
50 wall-ball shots
100 double-unders
Men use 20-lb. ball to 10 feet, Women use 14-lb. ball to 9 feet

Yeah, hoping it’s nothing that major, but it has been a pretty consistant pain. Feels like my arm is catching something and a sharp pain when I move it up and backwards.

Big day for me…dropped in at CrossFit St. Simons for a workout on vacation. Yall…. I got my first muscle up during skills practice!!!!!! So exciting. So pumped. I was tempted to do 15.3 as Rx’d but knew I’d likely injure myself with MUs.
Did 50 WB shots and 100 DUs (since I’m not competing).
Got 209…DUs killed me.
But MUSCLE UPS!!!!

I hear you. I am “shadowing” the Open, not officially registered so I almost punted this one. Motivation was a little low. I worked hard yesterday, but I scaled C2B (and didn’t do 10 rounds, you freak!) so was OK there. I think maybe with fresh legs I could have made a better run at 3 rds but it’s in the books:)

I am a hot mess!!! I don’t have the ability to do muscle ups, so I thought I would go for bar muscle ups. LOL. So saddly enough, this would not be the first time I have royally screwed up a WOD… I do much better when someone tells me what to do!
