Russian Step-Ups x 8-10 reps each leg
Rest 60 seconds
Jump Rope Technique work x 60 seconds
Rest 60 seconds
B.
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
Dumbbell Ground to Overhead x 6 reps
24″/20″ Box Jumps x 12 reps
(use the heaviest dumbbells you can handle)
