Was dealing with soreness/pain in my right wrist when putting weight overhead … figured out it’s probably a ganglion cyst. This doesn’t affect anything for me other than snatches/push press/jerks, and I got wrist wraps which helped some. Anyone have any suggestions/experience with these? Should I see a doctor to try and get the fluid drained?

B. 4R + 1 (75# high hang power snatches; burpees done to parallettes, and step ups to 20″ box rather than box jumps. Getting nervous to jump on the box now that the bump is getting big and my balance is not as stable)

Reps @ 115# were questionable so I dropped to 95# for remaining sets. No bumpers so I had to make sure weight was manageable.

Nearly ate it on one of the box jumps, didn’t rest long enough before I jumped. Dumb mistake on my part. first time its happened to me. But it was a shin scrape, no blood. So that’s good! lol
No blood on the box! that is a good thing!
