Workout of the Day
In teams of two, with only one partner working at any given time, and partners alternating each full round, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes of:
10 Jumping Lunges (5 each leg)
10 Push-Ups
10 Box Jumps










No partner, small towns have their flaws.

We each did 15 Rds. Only did 5 jumping lunges though. Oops.
Out sick (kind of) today. Resting and avoiding bringing whatever it is I have to the gym. Monday should be normal. Going back for some Performance Development Clinic elixir for a while.
