12 Push-Ups
16 Air Squats

23:49 solo at home. I ran 800m at the beginning and end and 10 rounds of the stuff in the middle. RDs followed by Push-ups was tough. Those were both broken after about 2 rounds. Pullups and squats UB.

Nice work! I agree that transition was brutal. I was doing sets of 4 at one point on the push-ups.
